Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our farming team as an Unskilled Farmer. This role involves assisting in various agricultural tasks, including planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Work: Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops as directed by farm supervisors.
• General Maintenance: Help maintain the farm by clearing debris, repairing fences, and performing other basic maintenance tasks.
• Livestock Care (if applicable): Assist in feeding, watering, and cleaning up after farm animals as needed.
• Equipment Handling: Use basic farm tools such as hoes, rakes, and shovels to complete daily tasks.
• Packaging and Sorting: Sort, package, and prepare produce for transport to markets or storage.
• Follow Instructions: Work closely with experienced farmhands and supervisors to carry out day-to-day tasks efficiently.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and walking for long periods.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but any experience in farming, gardening, or manual labor is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold).
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.
