Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate your vehicle to transport passengers to their requested destinations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all riders, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Use the Uber app to accept ride requests, navigate to destinations, and manage trip details.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle for passenger use.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
• Communicate with passengers professionally and handle any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as needed.
• Manage ride schedules to make the most of your time on the road.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle that meets Uber’s vehicle requirements.
• Proof of vehicle registration and insurance coverage.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and driving routes.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Must be 21 years or older (as per Uber’s requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as in hospitality or retail.
• Familiarity with Uber’s driver app and its features.
• Ability to handle stressful situations, such as traffic or difficult passengers, with calmness and professionalism.
