Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Experience with both water and gas systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install, repair, and maintain water, gas, and drainage systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Repairs: Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs, such as fixing leaks, clogged drains, or faulty systems.
• Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly and prevent future issues.
• Blueprints and Codes: Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations during installations and repairs.
• Emergency Services: Respond to emergency plumbing calls, providing fast and effective solutions to minimize water damage and disruptions.
• Equipment Handling: Operate plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, soldering tools, and hydro jets, safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaboration: Work closely with other construction and maintenance professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to coordinate plumbing installations and repairs within larger projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid plumbing license or certification required.
• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably with residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with precision.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and damp areas.
