Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Pension Worker to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our pension services. This role involves managing day-to-day tasks related to the upkeep and functioning of the pension facility, assisting guests, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the pension are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Perform routine cleaning tasks and address any maintenance issues.
- Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for new guests, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring that all amenities are in place.
- Breakfast and Meals: Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast or other meals, ensuring that food is presented attractively and meets hygiene standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties such as managing bookings, updating reservation systems, and handling correspondence.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Monitor and report any safety hazards or security concerns.
- Event Assistance: Support the organization of any events or activities hosted by the pension, including setting up spaces and coordinating with guests.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordering new supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding service to guests.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and accuracy in room preparation and administrative tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a variety of conditions, including handling cleaning products and working in different weather conditions.
