Job Title: Unskilled Plastic Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking an Unskilled Plastic Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating plastic machinery in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on learning and performing basic tasks related to the production process. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Assist in the operation of plastic molding machines, extrusion machines, or other plastic processing equipment. Follow instructions for machine setup and operation.
• Production Monitoring: Monitor the production process to ensure that machines are operating correctly and that products meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials into machines, including plastic pellets or raw materials. Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Quality Checks: Perform basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Machine Maintenance: Assist with basic machine maintenance and cleaning. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to maintenance personnel.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating machines and handling materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered during the production process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators and production staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn and perform tasks related to plastic machine operation and production processes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and perform quality checks on products.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus on quality and safety.
