Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide high-quality medical care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, or home care. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and medical conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Medical Procedures: Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to physician orders. Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature. Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions or emergencies.
• Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families, addressing their concerns and providing comfort during difficult times.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Valid nursing degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active nursing license in [state/country]. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
