Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and reliable Farmer Workers to join our team in Bragadiru. The Farmer Worker will assist with a range of agricultural tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crop Cultivation: Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops such as grains, vegetables, or fruits. Follow planting schedules and crop management practices.
• Soil Preparation: Prepare soil for planting by tilling, fertilizing, and managing irrigation systems.
• Weeding and Pest Control: Remove weeds and apply pest control measures as needed to ensure crop health and productivity.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain basic farm equipment including tractors, plows, and harvesters. Perform routine maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Livestock Care (if applicable): Assist with feeding, watering, and caring for livestock, including maintaining their enclosures and health.
• Packing and Storage: Help with sorting, packing, and storing harvested produce for market or storage.
• Farm Maintenance: Assist with general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, cleaning equipment, and maintaining farm infrastructure.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to ensure safe use of equipment and handling of chemicals. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in farming or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and farm equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
