Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of Electrical Systems: Install wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting, and other electrical systems in new or existing buildings.
• Maintenance and Repair: Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs or upgrades to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Electrical Panel Work: Install and repair electrical control panels, fuse boxes, and circuit breakers.
• Safety Checks: Test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning correctly and comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics to plan electrical installations.
• Upgrades and Retrofitting: Replace old or faulty wiring, upgrade electrical systems, and ensure that all systems meet current codes and regulations.
• Emergency Response: Respond to urgent electrical issues, including power outages, short circuits, and system failures, ensuring timely resolution.
• Compliance with Codes: Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with national and local building and safety codes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, installations, and inspections. Provide reports when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
• Certification: Licensed and certified as an electrician. Additional certifications for specialized electrical work (e.g., high voltage, solar panel installation) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of electrical tools and equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately install and repair electrical systems with attention to safety and quality.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex electrical issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and carry heavy materials when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods while working.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 kg).
• Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors, in cramped spaces, or at heights.
