Job Summary: We are seeking hardworking and skilled Construction Workers to join our team in Romania. The Construction Worker will be responsible for performing various physical labor tasks on construction sites, assisting with the building, repair, and maintenance of structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently under supervision or independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Labor: Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating construction tools and machinery.
• Building Support: Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, and plumbers in the construction and repair of structures.
• Concrete Work: Mix, pour, and spread concrete, and help with the setup of forms and framework for concrete structures.
• Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring the site is ready for construction activities.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from work areas.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Measurements and Layouts: Assist with measuring and marking out areas for construction according to project plans and specifications.
• Basic Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on construction equipment and tools when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction workers and supervisors to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a construction worker or in a similar role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical Strength: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working in various weather conditions.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of construction tools, machinery, and materials.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow all safety regulations.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 kg).
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
