Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The Construction Worker will assist in various tasks related to construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and building structures. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Assist with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning debris, clearing obstacles, and setting up equipment and materials.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
• Building Structures: Assist in constructing and assembling structures such as framing, roofing, and installing drywall, windows, and doors.
• Concrete Work: Mix, pour, and spread concrete for foundations, sidewalks, and other construction elements, ensuring level and smooth surfaces.
• Demolition: Safely dismantle structures, remove debris, and clear areas for new construction or renovations.
• Tools and Equipment: Operate basic hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, hammers, and shovels, following safety procedures.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and guidelines.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at different heights.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy loads for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
