Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air Conditioning Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, be skilled at troubleshooting, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommend solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of components such as filters, motors, and fans.
  • Test systems for functionality and efficiency, ensuring proper airflow and temperature regulation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations during installation and repairs.
  • Provide detailed reports on work performed and advise clients on proper system care and maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Estimate material and labor costs for HVAC installation and repair projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices for energy efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems (EPA certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to [insert weight limit], e.g., 50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
