Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver items to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines and optimize delivery times.
- Verify delivery information, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers.
- Handle packages with care to avoid damage during transit.
- Collect payments or obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain a clean and operational delivery vehicle or bike.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, or store staff as needed.
- Adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues to management promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license or motorcycle license (depending on vehicle).
- Clean driving record and familiarity with local roads and routes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
