We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty services to our clients, delivering high-quality treatments and advice on skincare, makeup, and overall beauty routines. You will ensure that each client feels confident, beautiful, and pampered while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, skincare, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Assess clients’ skin, hair, and beauty needs to recommend suitable products and treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product launches to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations and develop tailored skincare and beauty routines for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and products to ensure client safety.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service, product knowledge, and effective communication.
• Recommend and upsell beauty products based on client needs and preferences.
• Handle client bookings and ensure schedules are organized and met efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of client preferences, services, and product purchases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Specialist or similar role.
• Certification from a recognized beauty or cosmetology school.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service with each treatment.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Sales experience or ability to recommend products confidently is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized expertise in skincare, makeup artistry, or specific beauty treatments (e.g., laser therapy, hair removal).
• Experience working with different skin types and concerns.
• Proficiency in maintaining and sanitizing beauty equipment and tools.
