Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and order in various types of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience and a strong commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, workspaces, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, clean carpets, and buff or polish hard floors as needed.
• Window Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free of streaks and smudges.
• Restocking Supplies: Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including washing walls, baseboards, and furniture, and steam cleaning carpets or upholstery.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and other tools, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to clean and organize spaces thoroughly, leaving no area overlooked.
• Reliability: Punctual and able to follow a consistent cleaning schedule without supervision.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Basic Communication Skills: Understanding of Italian to follow instructions and communicate with team members (if applicable).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 25 kg).
• Comfortable working in various environments, including offices, homes, and industrial areas.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, depending on client needs.
