Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings across Italy. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed according to Italian plumbing regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of Plumbing Systems: Install and connect water supply, drainage, and waste disposal systems in new or existing buildings. This includes pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, blockages, low water pressure, or malfunctioning fixtures. Replace damaged pipes and fixtures when necessary.
• Inspection and Testing: Inspect plumbing systems to identify problems and ensure they are functioning properly. Perform tests to check for leaks or blockages and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Water Heater Installation and Maintenance: Install and repair water heaters, including solar and electric systems, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.
• Pipe Fitting: Cut, assemble, and fit pipes to specific measurements using specialized tools and techniques.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond to urgent plumbing calls, including burst pipes, clogged drains, and water supply issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
• Compliance with Local Regulations: Ensure all plumbing work complies with Italian building and safety codes and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections, and provide clients with detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Certification: Valid plumbing certification/license as required by Italian law.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, wrenches, augers, and pressure gauges.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of local plumbing regulations and safety codes in Italy.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in varied environments, including tight spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 kg).
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding.
