Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling metal parts and products based on blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques and materials, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding: Perform various types of welding such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding on different metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Reading Blueprints: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the welding requirements.
• Metal Preparation: Prepare metal parts by cutting, grinding, and shaping them to the required specifications before welding.
• Assembling Structures: Align and position parts to be welded according to project specifications, using clamps, jigs, and other tools to hold pieces in place.
• Quality Control: Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Identify and correct any defects or imperfections.
• Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition, performing minor repairs and adjustments when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as welding masks, gloves, and protective clothing. Ensure that the work area is free of hazards.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on tasks and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a welder with a strong understanding of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding, etc.).
• Certification: Welding certification from a recognized institution or program is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on producing high-quality work with precise and accurate welds.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for long periods of time. Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials (up to 50 kg).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment or materials.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, noise, and metal dust.
