Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and service-oriented Restaurant & Hotel Workers to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service in both the restaurant and hotel settings, including food service, housekeeping, and guest assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, be a team player, and have a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Duties:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Input orders into the restaurant’s system, relay orders to the kitchen staff, and ensure that all orders are prepared correctly.
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments. Clean and reset tables for the next guests after meals.
  • Food Presentation: Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to presentation and accuracy.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments, provide accurate change, and manage receipts.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages and maintaining a clean dining area.

Hotel Duties:

  • Housekeeping: Clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, ensuring all linens are changed, and amenities are stocked.
  • Room Service: Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms upon request, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with guest check-in and check-out, answer guest questions, and handle requests.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation. Assist guests with any needs during their stay.
  • Laundry Service: Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels for guest use.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that guest needs are met and that both the restaurant and hotel areas are kept clean and orderly.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays or cleaning rooms.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
