Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Agricultural Workers to join our team and assist with various tasks related to farming and agricultural production. The Agricultural Worker will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as taking care of livestock. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable with physical labor, and have a passion for working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crop Planting and Cultivation: Plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and cultivate crops using hand tools, machinery, and irrigation systems.
• Harvesting: Harvest crops by hand or using mechanical equipment. Sort and pack produce for shipment or storage.
• Livestock Care: Feed, water, and care for animals. Assist with moving livestock between pastures, barns, or markets.
• Fertilization and Pest Control: Apply fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides to crops following safety protocols to ensure optimal growth and health.
• Irrigation: Set up, operate, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure that crops receive adequate water.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, plows, and harvesters to assist with fieldwork.
• Land Preparation: Prepare the land for planting by tilling, clearing, and leveling fields.
• General Farm Maintenance: Maintain fences, barns, and other farm structures. Clean and organize work areas and equipment.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of crop yields, livestock health, and any farm activities as required by the employer.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is essential.
• Physical Strength: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Outdoor Work: Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other farm workers and follow directions from supervisors.
• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with farm equipment, crops, and livestock is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25-50 kg).
• Ability to work long hours outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically intensive work.
