Job Summary: We are looking for hardworking and dependable Farm Workers to assist with various agricultural tasks on our farm. The Farm Worker will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment and livestock (if applicable). This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting and Harvesting: Assist with planting seeds, transplanting crops, and harvesting fruits, vegetables, or grains.
• Soil Preparation: Help prepare fields by tilling, fertilizing, and irrigating the land.
• Weeding and Pest Control: Remove weeds manually or with tools and assist with applying pest control treatments.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain basic farm equipment such as tractors, mowers, and irrigation systems.
• Livestock Care (if applicable): Feed, water, and monitor livestock, ensuring they are healthy and cared for properly.
• Packing and Sorting: Sort and package harvested produce for transport or sale.
• Farm Maintenance: Help maintain fences, barns, and other farm infrastructure. Clean equipment and farm buildings as needed.
• Irrigation: Set up and monitor irrigation systems to ensure crops receive adequate water.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols while using farm machinery and handling chemicals or tools.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience is required, but experience in farming, gardening, or manual labor is preferred.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor environments.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural processes and farm equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
